The Docufide® by Parchment platform supports the diverse needs of state agencies across the country to exchange transcripts and other student records. We’ve developed solutions that accommodate key requirements and comply with current and emerging industry standards including the Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council (PESC) XML transcript and SPEEDE/ExPRESS EDI standard. Plus, Docufide solutions are designed to provide sufficient flexibility to work in a fully automated fashion with proprietary systems and outputs.

State Initiatives in Support of Electronic Transcript Exchange
Beyond secondary and postsecondary transcript exchange, the Docufide suite of services includes optional support for K-12 Student Record Exchange (SRE), P-20 transcript repositories and analytical processing tools, and performance assessments against multiple standards that help align student performance to graduation/diploma requirements and admissions requirements for state college systems.

Key Accomplishments with State Agencies:

• Six states have chosen the Docufide by Parchment platform for statewide transcript exchange.
• California uses Docufide to serve the transcript exchange needs of more than 25% of the state population.
• More than 4,000 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities nationwide have received transcripts via Docufide over the last seven years (both print and electronic).
• More than 1,200 colleges are registered to receive documents electronically via Docufide Receiver.
• The Docufide platform has delivered paper and electronic transcripts to tens of thousands of non-academic institutions, including NCAA, scholarship funds, insurance companies, employers, and others.
• Parchment Inc, the makers of the Docufide platform, partnered with The Common App in July 2009, providing electronic transcript delivery services to their 400+ member institutions.
• More than 7,500 schools across all 50 US states electronically send transcripts or student records through the Docufide by Parchment platform.
