Docufide Receiver allows you to select the format and delivery method you prefer to receive transcripts and other admissions documents:

• Electronic receipt of transcripts and other education credentials from sending institutions worldwide accessible through a secure online system that allows you to determine how and what documents are received within your institution.
• Downloads include an index file that supports the automated import of documents received to your document imaging system.
• Optional automated receipt of education credentials through secure FTP or Web Services.
• Role-based security allows you to control access by defining appropriate levels of access to user groups within your institution.
• And, when you are ready, you can extend Docufide Receiver to support the receipt of standards-based transcript data as PESCL XML or SPEEDE EDI.

Allows for integration to your online application workflow:

• Integration with your existing admissions application process to facilitate the request of transcripts and other admissions documents, increasing application completion rates and reducing the time required to receive education records.
• Passing an applicant ID through the integration facilitates the automatic linking of requested documents to the appropriate application.

Retains and extends administrative control:

• Role-based security allows you to define appropriate levels of access to user groups within your institution.
• Email notifications to appropriate users to inform them when documents are available for download.
