Secure
Transmission
- We receive the records by secure electronic
transmission and store them on our secure server.
- Each record is matched with a valid student request.
- We extract the data using proprietary XML tools
and prepare transcripts in our standardized format.
- We send transcripts to any accredited college
or valid scholarship fund nationwide
- The student receives confirmation by email
as soon as each transcript is sent.
Electronic files
- Colleges can specify the format they prefer for
delivery of electronic transcripts.
- PDF image files require no software integration.
- Other electronic formats such as EDI (TS130)
or XML files will soon be available, which can
integrate transcript data directly into college
admissions systems.
- Students receive confirmation by email when
each electronic transcript is downloaded
at its destination.
Paper transcripts
- Mailed transcripts are printed on special Docufide
security paper.
- They are processed and mailed daily by our
secure, automated system.
