Getting started
- The school appoints Docufide as their authorized agent
for automated
processing and delivery of transcripts.
- School districts or individual schools sign up to use the
service,
and receive instructions and materials by email.
- School officials set up their accounts, install a small
piece of
software, and place a student link on the
school's website.
Requesting transcripts
- Students sign in to Docufide's SSL-encrypted website
through their
school's site.
- They enter personal information to help retrieve their
records,
and an email address to receive confirmations.
- They then select a destination address for each
transcript from our database of accredited colleges and scholarship funds.
- Students choose delivery options (which can be defined by the school) and pay a per-transcript fee online with a valid credit or debit card.
- A signature is not required for transcripts sent
to colleges or
scholarship funds.
- Students can sign in at any time to request additional
transcripts or to track requests in progress.
