High school officials regularly sign in to our Web-based
interface to see new requests.
School staff review each student's request and approve
it for release, approve it for special handling, or hold
it for further action.
They then locate the records in their student information
system, and send the files to our proprietary software.
Our software automatically sends the files to Docufide
through secure electronic channels
For records that require special handling, the high
school officials can print and mail a transcript manually
without affecting the tracking and confirmation features
