of Secure Transcript, today announced the appointment of Clifford
A. Ramirez to its advisory board. Mr. Ramirez, Assistant Registrar
at UCLA and the current President of PACRAO (Pacific Association
of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers), brings with him
extensive experiencein higher education to Docufide.
As an official advisory board member, Mr. Ramirez will provide
Docufide with his comprehensive understanding of college admissions
and records procedures. Mr. Ramirez brings his unique skill set
to an existing group of advisors, which includes former AACRAO President,
Paul H. Anderson and several individuals whohave held significant
executive roles with Fortune 1000 companies.

Clifford A. Ramirez is Assistant Registrar for Training & Communication
Services at UCLA, and the author of "Managing the Privacy of Student
Records", a textbook and workshop about the federal Family Education
Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). A native of southern California,
Mr. Ramirez graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame
and attended the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley while studying
for the Roman Catholic priesthood. He worked for Bank of America
before coming to UCLA in 1990. In the RegistrarÕs Office at UCLA,
Mr. Ramirez has supervised the Schedule Office, managed Academic
Record Services, and now heads Training & Communication Services.
For two years in the late 1990Õs, he also served as a Staff Welfare
Coordinator in the Division of Student Affairs and became a Franklin
Covey certified facilitator.
